| Comment by AS: | An interesting subject, but it's presented in a way that the viewer won't really understand the string theory. Even worse, one can't help but think that the host Brian Greene always wanted to be an MTV star. The whole documentary tries to impress with flashy effects of which many would fit into music videos, but don't help much to explain the actual science. To their credit, the topic is bound to be a challenge to documentary makers, and the series indeed show a lot of ideas and creativity on that behalf. In the end, the fascination is delivered but the knowledge is not. |
